A Revamp for Inchcape Fleet Solutions

Portsmouth based Inchcape Fleet Solutions has undergone extensive office refurbishment works providing its 170 employees with a much lighter, brighter and livelier working environment.
A successful fleet management and leasing company offering services from accident management and fleet maintenance, through to contract hire, Inchcape Fleet Solutions called upon the expert services of SiS, the South’s leading commercial fit-out, refurbishment and relocation specialists, to completely transform its head office site at Compass Road into a more modern, workable area ensuring maximum space utilisation.
SiS came up with a scheme that instantly set them apart from the competition, offering sliding/folding walls, two new break out areas and brand new toilet facilities within the 1120m2 building and all within budget.
Managed by Steve Crippen, Projects Director at SiS, the renovations took place over a three month period and during that time significant alterations to the office layout were carried out including; the installation of new sliding and folding walls, enabling Inchcape’s boardroom to be divided into two sections, a new reception area, new flooring and two new toilet facilities and breakout areas complete with new furniture.
Total redecoration, electrical and data works were actioned across both floor levels, 32 additional office desks installed and a number of wall decals used as part of the overall redesign. In order to keep disruption levels to a minimum at Inchcape Fleet Solutions, SiS carried out most of the works during the evenings and at weekends.
