19th August 2011The Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) South East is offering any business in the region involved with manufacturing production or assembly access to a free review with one of its experienced industry specialists who understands the real issues affecting manufacturers today.
With limited time in work diaries, this two hour manufacturing review is minimum time well spent with maximum results – the review will involve a hands-on assessment and diagnostic of your business, highlighting areas of opportunity and actions that can be implemented in order to improve operational performance, efficiency levels and output.
David Caddle, Programme Manager, MAS South East, says: “More often than not, it just takes a fresh pair of eyes to re-focus a company, providing the opportunity to take a step back from day-to-day operations and re-assess the wheel.
