Mobile Booking for Fast and Flexible Corporate Rail Travel
7th February 2012Evolvi Rail Systems has launched a fully functioning App for the corporate clients of Travel Management Companies using the latest evolvi-ng online rail booking and fulfilment platform.
The new App – for Blackberry and iPhone users – was unveiled at the Business Travel Show (Earls Court, London) on February 7, when the new generation evolvi-ng system made its public debut.
“Unlike other Apps, evolvi-ng’s is a fully functioning ‘look, book and order’ method of utilising the full power of the platform while on the move,” says Jon Reeve, Director of Sales at Evolvi Rail Systems. “This means that all the compliance and cost-centre attribution benefits of evolvi-ng are automatically defined and integrated into client reports and management information.”
The App places cost effective rail travel at the finger-tips of many thousands of corporate travellers. It is an integral part of the evolvi-ng platform and has been designed to enable registered corporate users to find and book rail journeys easily and quickly irrespective of where they are. It also supports the full range of ticket fulfilment options – meaning that rail tickets can be made ready to collect in a matter of seconds, for example by using the ability of evolvi-ng to retrieve tickets immediately via the national ToD network.
