Harvest client Evolvi Rail Systems is the leading online rail booking and fulfilment system support companies in the UK specialising in business travel. A key element in the PR strategy is keeping Travel Management Companies (TMCs) informed about developments, so Harvest developed an e-newsletter that would both engagement with the company's stakeholders as well as drive traffic to the Evolvi website. The e-newsletter is a mix of viewpoint, functionality updates and industry news, with further interest added through a regular competition. The results of the format have been positive and Harvest is now developing additional PR devices to create a partner communications programme for its customers.
